What counts?
A fresh focus interval or Countdown you start yourself and finish. Stopwatch saves completed whole minutes when you choose Finish. Pauses do not add time. Breaks, reset sessions, and automatically started intervals do not count. Timer time is not proof of attention.
The full session is assigned to its completion day in your device's local time. A streak means consecutive days with a completed session; yesterday's streak stays while you work on today.
Free and Trial history stays in this browser (up to 5,000 sessions). Premium with an active subscription or access code syncs new completed sessions. After a completed Trial, you may separately choose to import only that Trial window from this browser. Tasks, Notes, supported settings and favorites sync only after a paid Premium member turns on Workspace sync in Extras.

Paid Premium workspace sync is off until you turn it on. Once enabled, supported settings, favorites, Tasks and Notes follow this account. Free and Trial workspaces remain browser-local.
Running timers and audio playback never sync. A local Backup remains useful before clearing browser data or making large changes.
Logging out does not remove local content or stop your timer. On a shared computer, remove personal content before leaving. WordPress privacy export and erasure include synced workspace data.
