Open the focus space and choose Countdown or Pomodoro. Open Settings to choose your minutes, then press Start. You can pause, resume, or reset at any time.

Your timer and settings are saved locally in this browser when storage is available. A running timer uses its finish time to catch up after a refresh. Clearing browser data or using another browser starts a fresh space.

Turn on the end sound in Settings, use Preview timer sound, and check your device volume. Keep the page open. Browsers can suspend pages in the background or while a device sleeps, so sound may be delayed until you return.

Turn on Prevent sleep in Settings. This Premium control needs a compatible browser and a secure connection. Your device may still release the screen lock, for example when the tab is hidden or battery is low. MinuFlow shows the current status.

Yes. Open the clock or a timer, then choose fullscreen where supported. The layout adapts to larger screens. You can also use your browser’s zoom to find a comfortable size. See the guide for educators for classroom setup tips.

No account is needed for the Free clock, timers, Tasks, Notes, or 7-day local Stats. An account is needed for the Premium trial, a Premium subscription or access code, and account-backed sync.

Premium with an active subscription or access code syncs new completed focus-session facts. Workspace Sync is a separate opt-in for supported settings, theme and music favorites, Tasks, Notes, daily goal and quote preferences. Free and Trial workspaces, active timers and audio playback stay in the browser. Trial focus history is imported only if an eligible member explicitly chooses it.

Open Sounds and choose any available sound to play it. Click again to stop, or choose another sound to switch. Only one sound plays at a time. Use the category filter to browse and your device controls to adjust volume. Playback never starts automatically after a refresh. Timer alarms are separate.

Check your device volume and connection, then switch the sound off and on to retry. If another MinuFlow tab is playing, pause it first. A browser or sleeping device can suspend audio; click a sound when you return. The clock and timers keep working if a sound fails to load.

Open Music and choose a Spotify playlist, or paste a Spotify or YouTube link. The selected provider loads only after you request its player. Save up to 40 favorites, or pick from the themed Spotify library. Paid Premium members can include supported favorite links in Workspace Sync after opting in; playback itself remains on the current device.

The embedded player is provided by Spotify. Playback length, availability, cookies and sign-in depend on Spotify and your browser. If only a preview is available, sign in through Spotify or use Open in Spotify. Minimizing Audio keeps Spotify ready, and a timer alarm pauses the player when the provider allows it. Starting an external player stops MinuFlow ambient audio. No Spotify or YouTube media file is uploaded to MinuFlow.

Yes. Premium Monthly is available for $4.99 per month, and Premium Annual is available for $39.99 per year. A new verified email account or first-time Google account automatically receives one 7-day Premium trial. No card is required, and the trial does not charge automatically. After the trial expires, the account returns to Free unless a paid subscription is active.
