Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of MinuFlow.com, MinuFlow accounts, focus tools, timers, sounds, backgrounds, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). MinuFlow is operated by Tomorrow Web Design, a California sole-proprietor business, under the MinuFlow brand ("MinuFlow," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

1. Who may use MinuFlow

The browser-local focus workspace may be used without an account. To create a MinuFlow account, you must be at least 13 years old and confirm that requirement during signup. We do not collect a date of birth and do not offer child or parent-managed accounts.

You must also be legally able to agree to these Terms where you live. If local law requires an older age or additional authorization, you may create or use an account only after that requirement is satisfied.

MinuFlow is a general productivity and study tool. It is not a school, tutoring, medical, mental-health, or emergency service and is not affiliated with a user’s school unless we expressly state otherwise.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide an email address you control, keep your credentials secure, and notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You may not sell, transfer, share, automate abuse of, or misuse an account. We may temporarily limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or a material violation of these Terms.

Email and Google sign-in are alternative ways to access the same standard MinuFlow account. Linking Google requires a matching verified email and an explicit action from the signed-in member. We do not silently merge accounts based only on a matching email.

3. Browser-local data

Tasks, notes, timer history, favorites, and most preferences currently remain in your browser. They are not synced to your account. Signing out, closing an account, changing devices, or clearing browser data may leave, hide, or erase local information independently of the account. You are responsible for downloading a backup if you want a separate copy.

4. Free trial and paid Premium

The browser-local Free workspace is available without an account. A new verified account receives one 7-day Premium trial without a card. The trial does not become a paid subscription or charge automatically.

Premium Monthly costs $4.99 per month and Premium Annual costs $39.99 per year, in US dollars. Both paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Checkout shows the amount due, any applicable tax, billing period, and renewal terms before you authorize payment. If you authorize Monthly with a card during an active account trial, the first $4.99 payment is due at the original end of that trial; Annual charges $39.99 at checkout. We will not convert a free user into a paid subscriber without clear authorization.

You can cancel a paid subscription through My account under Plan & billing. Cancellation stops future charges and generally keeps Premium access through the paid period. A full refund is available within 14 days after the first paid Premium purchase, as explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Private complimentary offers may have separate eligibility and expiration terms; codes have no cash value and may not be resold or obtained through fraud.

5. Acceptable use

You may use MinuFlow only for lawful personal, educational, or business productivity purposes. You may not:

  • interfere with the Service or bypass security or access controls;
  • probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except where law expressly permits it;
  • upload or transmit malicious code or unlawful material;
  • impersonate, harass, exploit, or harm another person;
  • misuse accounts, access codes, refunds, or payment systems; or
  • use MinuFlow in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

6. Sounds, backgrounds, and third-party services

Sounds, music, images, backgrounds, and integrations may be supplied by MinuFlow or third parties. Availability can change because of licensing, technical, or provider requirements.

The Service may link to or use services such as Google, Spotify, Cloudflare, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Stripe. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MinuFlow is not responsible for services it does not control.

7. Intellectual property

MinuFlow and its original software, design, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership.

8. Beta availability and changes

Account features may initially operate as a public beta. We may improve, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, licensing, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of a particular sound or background, or synchronization of browser-local data.

Changes affecting an active paid period will be handled under the purchase terms and applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." MinuFlow does not guarantee academic results, productivity outcomes, uninterrupted access, or that the Service will meet every user’s needs. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinuFlow and its owner, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for claims relating to the free Service will not exceed $100. Liability for a paid claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid to MinuFlow during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Ending use or an account

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account closure through account controls or [email protected]. Closure requests require identity confirmation and administrative review. Closing an account does not clear browser-local data.

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or material breach. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your location apply. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes unless applicable law requires another process or location. These Terms do not add an arbitration or class-action waiver.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as MinuFlow changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice when required for a material change. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
