Start smaller.
A ten-minute timer is useful when a task feels too large to begin. Read a few pages, review your notes, tidy one area or write a rough opening. Choose an action that fits the time instead of trying to finish everything.
- Pick one action with a clear stopping point.
- Press Start timer and work on that action. Pause if you need to.
- At the alarm, review what you did and choose the next step.
Ten minutes can also suit a quick classroom activity or a short preparation period before a meeting. Leave a little time afterward to check your work rather than treating the countdown as a deadline for perfection.
A few useful answers.
How can I use ten minutes when I am putting off a task?
Define a first step rather than the whole project: read one section, outline a paragraph or solve one practice question. Start the countdown and decide what to do next when it ends.
Is ten minutes enough for reviewing study notes?
It can suit one small topic. Pick a few questions, try answering them before looking at your notes, and use the end of the block to mark what needs another review. The amount you cover will depend on the material.
Can I run a ten-minute classroom warm-up?
Yes. Put one short activity on the board and use Full screen where supported. The teacher controls the timer; students do not need accounts to watch the shared display.
What if I need to stop halfway through the ten minutes?
Press Pause timer. The remaining time stays paused until you select Resume timer. Reset returns this countdown to 10:00, without changing your full MinuFlow focus workspace.
